Unless there are sustained, long-term growth projections in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, which unfortunately Mark Scholz does not see currently, he says it would be difficult for the many drilling rigs already relocated to the U.S. market to ever return to Canada, even if the domestic situation improves.
