Construction of Inter Pipeline Ltd.’s $4.2 billion Heartland Petrochemical Complex (HPC) is nearing completion, and as it moves towards first production in early 2022 all the commercial agreements needed to make the project successful are falling into place, Christian Bayle, president and chief executive officer, told analysts at the company’s first quarter conference call.
