NGTL Bid To Abandon Etzikom Pipelines Denied By CER
The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) has denied an application from NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) for leave to abandon the Etzikom pipelines that are part of the NGTL System in southeastern Alberta and terminate firm shipper contracts, determining it is not in the public interest.
