Late 2020 Construction Start Eyed For Keyera Joint Venture Liquids Pipeline

Keyera Corp. is optimistic that by the end of this year it will be able to start work on its proposed $1.3 billion Key Access Pipeline System (KAPS) joint venture and will have a commissioned pipeline by early 2022, its chief executive said Thursday.
