NEB Urged By EPAC To Stay Enbridge Mainline Open Season
Citing concern about Enbridge Inc.’s plans to convert 90 per cent of Canadian Mainline capacity to firm service, the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) is calling on the National Energy Board (NEB) to immediately stay the company’s current open season.
