Canadian Oil Supply Drops In October From Year-Ago, Says IEA

Canadian oil supply rose by 140,000 bbls/d in October, as higher offshore production more than offset a decline in oilsands output, but it declined from a year ago, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA).
