SinoCan Pursuing Bitumen-Based Refinery And Petrochemical Facility
An investment group led by a partnership of Indigenous people in Alberta, two large Chinese companies and a small Edmonton-based firm announced Wednesday they have retained Edmonton-based Stantec Consulting Services to oversee the regulatory review and permitting process for a multibillion-dollar refinery and petrochemical project planned for the Alberta Industrial Heartland.
