Paramount Acquires Shares Of Claim Post Resources
Paramount Resources Ltd. acquired ownership and control of 41.39 million common shares of Claim Post Resources Inc. at a price of 10 cents per share in connection with a private placement by CPRI over the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange of 130 million common shares of CPRI for gross proceeds of $13 million.
