Notley Expects Strong Industry Interest in Refinery EOI Process
Alberta Premier Rachel Notley further advanced her plan to improve the fortunes of the province’s oil and gas sector, announcing Tuesday her government has issued an expression of interest (EOI) to determine private sector interest in building or expanding a refinery in Alberta to use more Alberta heavy oil.
