Licence Tally Still Tracking Ahead Of Last Year’s Permit Count

Over the first 10 months of the year, a total of 7,877 wells across Canada have been permitted compared to 7,757 in the year-prior period (up about 1.5 per cent) — although there are signs of a slow-down in permitting rates in British Columbia.
