Lake Chapala, Mexico — Calgary-based privately-owned oil and gas company Sun God Resources was the big winner Wednesday in morning bidding for land-based oil and gas fields in Mexico’s sixth bidding round for oil and gas blocks previously held by former state-owned monopoly Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex).
