Moving Lion’s Share Of New Regulatory System To Ottawa Raises Eyebrows

Brenda Kenny, a member of the expert panel reviewing the National Energy Board (NEB) and former president of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA), admitted that the recommendation by the panel to move the lion’s share of any new regulatory system to Ottawa from Calgary has raised some eyebrows.
