In its investigation report  released today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) determined that the lack of detailed inspection procedures contributed to the March 2017 crude oil leak from a storage tank at the Enbridge Pipelines Inc. Edmonton Terminal in Sherwood Park.
