Exc all that portion contained within the following limits:

Commencing at NW corner of said section;

Thence South along Wly limit of said section 1148.4 feet to a point;

Thence NEly to Ely extremity of a line 198 feet long drawn Ely at right angles to said Wly limit from a point therein distant 973.5 feet South from NW corner of said section;

Thence NEly to a point in Nly limit of said section distant 511.5 feet East from NW corner of said section;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. The bidder(s) whose tender is accepted will be required to complete an Agreement covering the terms and conditions of the sale.

2. Possession date will be March 1, 2017.

3. The balance of the accepted tender must be paid on or before the date of closing or evidence provided that the purchase funds will be available under conditions acceptable to the Vendor.

4. Tenders must be delivered to MMJS Law Offices, Box 450, Treherne, Manitoba R0G 2V0 by 2:00 p.m. on January 27, 2017.
