Canadian Producers In Mexico Laud IEA Report

Spokespersons for Canadian-based oil and gas producers that have moved into Mexico, as the country ends the 80-year-old oil and gas industry monopoly of Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex), are hailing a new report from the International Energy Agency (IEA) that says the reform will prevent a loss to the country’s economy totalling US$1 trillion by 2040.
