  4. Tallgrass Energy Partners Closes On The Acquisition Of Powder River Gathering System

    Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP announced that through its subsidiary Tallgrass Midstream, LLC (TMID) it has closed on the acquisition of DCP Midstream’s Douglas natural gas gathering system in the Powder River Basin for cash consideration of approximately $128 million, subject to potential adjustments specified in the purchase agreement.

  5. ExxonMobil Acquires Exploration Acreage in Equatorial Guinea

    Exxon Mobil Corporation’s wholly owned affiliate, Exploration and Production Equatorial Guinea (Deepwater) Ltd., has signed a production sharing contract with the government of Equatorial Guinea for a deepwater block located 36 miles west of Malabo.
