    Hemisphere Energy Corporation announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 3,125,000 common shares of Hemisphere at a price of 28 cents per flow-through share to be issued on a Canadian Development Expense flow-through basis pursuant to the provisions of the Income Tax Act (Canada) for gross proceeds to the company of up to $875,000.

  2. Precision Board Chair Retires, Company Names Successor

    Precision Drilling Corporation announced that Robert (Bob) Phillips, chairman of the board of directors will not be standing for re-election and will retire from Precision's board at the conclusion of its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 17, 2017.

  3. Total Energy Acquires Savanna Shares

    Total Energy Services Inc. has purchased, through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), 220,000 Savanna Energy Services Corp. shares.

  4. Hyduke Closes Acquisition Of Avalanche Metal Industries

    Hyduke Energy Services Inc. closed the previously announced acquisition by Hyduke of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Avalanche Metal Industries Ltd., a private corporation engaged in the business of structural steel manufacturing, including production tanks, steps and ladders for production tanks and other equipment for industries including the oilfield and forestry.
