  6. Keyera Closes $345 Million Public Offering Of Common Shares

    Keyera Corp. has completed the public offering of 8.25 million common shares, as well as the sale of an additional 1.24 million common shares pursuant to the over-allotment option exercised by the underwriters in connection with the public offering.

  7. Saturn Minerals Focused On Oil Triangle

    Saturn Minerals Inc. says that the recently completed drilling programs at its Bannock Creek project has provided data to the company identifying an area which Saturn has designated as a geographical oil triangle in the northeastern Williston Basin.

  8. Long Run Deal Closing Extended

    Long Run Exploration Ltd. has been advised by Calgary Sinoenergy Investment Corp. that the outside date of the proposed plan of arrangement involving Long Run, the purchaser and the Long Run securityholders has been extended from May 30 to June 29, 2016.
