In Monday's Bulletin (Nov. 20), an article, "Trust Sector Will Not Roll Over Yet," indicated executives of the Coalition of Canadian Energy Trusts (CCET) had not yet met with Jim Prentice, federal Indian Affairs and Northern Development minister, to discuss income trust taxation. In fact, the coalition advises, its representatives have indeed met with Prentice and are now awaiting a meeting with federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty.

Kinder Morgan Canada Inc.'s proposed Anchor Loop TransMountain pipeline expansion will add 40,000 bbls a day of capacity to the line. Combined with the 35,000 bbls a day of additional pumping capacity currently under construction, capacity on the line will increase by 75,000 bbls a day by mid- to late-2008.

The DOB advises of a correction to the story, "Paramount's GRIPE Project Looking Good," which ran April 13. There are about 38 billion bbls of oil in place within McMurray channel reservoirs with 20 metres or more of vertically continuous sand, with more than 75% oil saturation. The 38 billion bbls of oil in place is a high-end estimate.
