Natural Gas As A Bridge Fuel ‘Increasingly Challenged,’ CERI Conference Told

In 2011, the International Energy Agency (IEA) in a widely-publicized report, Are We Entering a Golden Age of Gas?, suggested that natural gas could account for more than a quarter of global energy demand by 2035, in part because it could act as a bridge between a carbon economy and a decarbonized world (DOB, June 6, 2011).
